У нас примерно также в офисе, из техники - кулер, чайник, микроволновка. Но кухонька очень тесная, ее из одного из санузла переделали, перегородку между умывальной и кабинкой снесли)))

Так ведь, как правило, под это дело и предусмотрены не штатные помещения. Во всех проектах столешницы нестандартной глубины от 70 до 80см. по причине подвода коммуникаций. Дом вероятно в москомархитектуре на учете и в нём запрещено иным образом подводить сантехнические коммуникации. В одном из гарнитуров установлена мини-насосная станция сололифт.

А на моей первой работе на кухне была и варочная поверхность. Помощница руководителя достаточно часто ему что-нибудь горячее и свежее подавала на обед.
Да и нам, если хотелось еды без СВЧ (все-таки вкус сильно отличается у еды, разогретой на плите и в микре), то подогревали на плите.
Мылось все потом в посудомойке, потому со сковородками в раковине проблем не было :)

По сути кухня в офисе может и ничем не отличаться от кухни домашней. Ведь обеими пользуются все теже люди. Я только заметил, что варочные панели (или плита) реже встречаются в офисных кухнях.

Еще многое зависит от отношения сотрудников к примему пищи на работе. Т.е в некоторых организация выделяют "обеденный час", а где-то рабочий процесс идет всегда в режиме "деад лайн" и неизвестно когда этот "обеденный час", а если и будет, то он может, как часто бывает, оказаться "обеденными 5 минутами".

У этих двух групп людей формируется совершенно различное отношение к кухне, соответственно и функционал у нее может быть разный.

При создании домашней кухни главное удобство и комфорт для хозяйки, и обеспечение технических возможностей приготовления желаемой пищи (здесь и плиты, духовки, печки, грили и т.д и т.п.)
В офисной кухне обязательно следует обеспечить минимум временных затрат на приготовление и прием чая, кофе, пищи. Поэтому и микроволновки, кофемашины и т.п. (без которых многие могут обходиться дома)
Люди те же, только например дома - женщина - хозяюшка, желающая побаловать своих домашних вкуснятиной и готова потратить на это и время и силы. В офисе та же женщина - сотрудница, которой в течение 30 минут нужно быстренько что-то приготовить и перекусить.
Есть варианты, когда офисные кухни по своему назначению приближают к домашним. Но это когда руководство желает, чтобы его кормили и на работе домашней едой.

На истину я не претендую. Это лишь мое мнение.

Все зависит от работников в организации. Наша кухня (офисная) вмещает 6 человек. Обеды проходят неторопливо. От домашней отличается отсутствием вытяжки и плиты.

Каждая отдельная кухня каком-либо офисе будет отличаться от кухни в другом офисе, но общие закономерности в них выделить можно. Можно четко сказать, что чем больше коллектив, тем ярче проявляется узнаваемый образ офисной кухни.

Тогда и вытяжка по-полной? А то ведь заходишь в такие офисы в середине дня и обоняешь запах общепита. Фу!
Но если кухню скажем купить недорого, то обустроить полноценную вытяжку в арендованном помещении прямо-таки никаких возможностей нет. Ведь надо встраиваться в существующую вентиляцию, или обустраивать свою, пробивать стены, согласовывать проект... Серьёзно потратишься, а через год может придётся съезжать? Вот так и живут офисы в смешанной атмосфере кислых щей и парфюмерии сотрудников.

Пошлее этой затеи ничего не встречал.
